Quality healthcare – making the right choice!

Therapy Solutions, LLC is recognized in the Greater Princeton Area as a preferred provider of outpatient Physical Therapy. It has been our commitment since 2004 to deliver superior care and treatment to each client on a 1-on-1 basis. This mission is simple yet rarely seen in today’s healthcare system. It has become common practice at most clinics for a Physical Therapist to treat multiple patients at the same time. At Therapy Solutions, however, our Physical Therapists give at least 45 minutes of undivided time and attention to each client. We believe that it is essential to devote ample time when conducting a comprehensive client evaluation and when rendering individualized treatments.

We are dedicated to maintaining an establishment at Therapy Solutions that you would recommend to your family and friends. Located in the historic Borough of Hopewell, Therapy Solutions is about 15 minutes from Princeton, Montgomery, Pennington, Lambertville and Lawrenceville.

Conditions

Whether you underwent surgery, sustained a sports injury or are suffering from an acute or chronic illness, we will give you the time and attention necessary for proper therapeutic healing. Common conditions that we treat include: neck and back pain, general fatigue and muscle weakness, balance problems, muscle strains, tendonitis, joint sprains and instability, arthritis, stroke, fractures, work-related stress disorders, headaches, chronic pain, and recovery from joint replacements and arthroscopic surgeries.

Services

The Physical Therapy process begins when you call us. We gather the necessary information used to determine your insurance benefits, answer all questions that you may have, and schedule your initial appointment.

Your first visit primarily consists of an Initial Evaluation conducted by a licensed Physical Therapist. This enables the Physical Therapist to become familiar with you and your current physical status. The Physical Therapist takes measurements of any physical limitations that may help determine the source of your pain or dysfunction. Finally, the Physical Therapist develops a comprehensive treatment program that addresses your health condition and focuses on your goals for therapy.

You may receive one or more of the following services:

  • Manual Therapy is a skilled, hands-on technique administered by a Physical Therapist to stretch muscles, release contracted soft tissues, soften scars, reduce skin sensitivity, improve circulation, and/or enhance mobility of joints.
  • Exercise is prescribed stretches, strengthening, agility movements, or balance activities that address identified limitations and restore physical function.
  • Pilates is a skilled exercise technique that focuses on “core” strength, posture, flexibility, balance, coordination, and joint and bone health. It is performed on specialized Pilates equipment, such as a reformer or barrel, under the close guidance of a Physical Therapist with certifications in Pilates.
  • Kettlebells is whole-body conditioning that utilizes a weight in the shape of a tea kettle. This unique shape forces the entire body to contract as a group in order to lift and control a particular exercise.
  • Ultrasound is sound waves emitted at a low frequency to heat up muscles and tendons prior to manual therapy or exercise. Ultrasound must be administered by a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Education is gaining an understanding of the cause of a health condition and learning about ways to resolve it. Our Physical Therapists provide a comprehensive approach including utilization of the computer program A.D.A.M. to teach patients about their condition. Our Physical Therapists also provide education on exercise, ergonomics, injury prevention, and wellness.
